Well, given his history on screen both in movies and other media (such as John Wick (1-4) and Cyberpunk 2077) I suppose we see how he goes in the new Sonic 3 Movie. I hope.

Also, mind blowing, because in the first Sonic movie, Sonic stated how Keanu is a “national treasure!”
Imagine how Ben Schwartz and Keanu would be, behind the scene, when they start exchanging Speed references to each other, while staying in-character as Sonic and Shadow.

Keanu Reeves was the last person I expected for the part of Shadow, but I’m excited regardless. Ben Schwartz and Idris Elba proved themselves to be excellent choices for the roles of Sonic and Knuckles, so I have no doubt that Reeves will be a terrific choice for Shadow.
