Today is Tara Strong's birthday, she is the talented woman who voiced Twilight Sparkle across all nine seasons of FiM, as well as Sci-Twi in the Equestira Girls films and specials from "Friendship Games" onward. And she was briefly the voice of Twilight Velvet in the character's first speaking role during "The Crystalling, Part 2" (the role was recast to Patricia Drake for "Once Upon a Zeppelin").
At this point, I'm sure I've talked about many of the fun facts there are to mention about Tara: What her original last name was, what some of her earliest and most iconic voice acting roles were, the fact that she originally auditioned for the role of Pinkie Pie, etc. So I don't think there's anything I can say that I haven't said in years prior.

Met her at a convention last year. She was really impressed I had gotten a part in a fan production of MLP ("A Night in the Haunted Mansion" on YouTube.) Happy birthday, Miss Strong!
Even today, Tara Strong is still one of my all-time favorite voice actresses. And not just because of her work as Twilight Sparkle either.
