Question of the Week #138 · 1:42am January 19th
Hello everyone and welcome back to the question of the week, the blog I keep on posting despite the fact that there seems to be less and less replies to it. Ha! Ha! Ha!

Anyway... 
So, one of the things I've kind of thinking about is the strange lack of house cats in MLP G5, which has made me wonder... What happened to them? 
This resulted in me coming up with what I think could be a fun if not interesting G5 story idea.
Imagine if one day, one of our main ponies stumbled upon a cat in/around Maretime Bay. I like the idea that cats just seemingly disappeared after the three pony tribes seperated, resulting in ponies believing that cats went extinct, when in actuality cats have been around the whole time and are just sneaky (and may or may not know magic that allows them to live in a secret pocket realm kind of like the Nisse from Hilda).
So, stumbling upon this creature, our main characters have to figure where the cat came from and why can't Hitch talk to it?
Now the question is, if you were to write this story, what sort of twist might you give it?
And that's the question of the week. Will this blog get any comments, will it potentially be overshadowed by another blog that I may or may not post later today? You decide!

That sounds like the premise of a Warrior Cats crossover specifically.
Makes me think of this scene from the original Chronicles of Narnia.
5764295 I had thought of something along those lines. Like I had this idea where maybe the cat has a collar with a broken pendent. So, later after they fix it, our ponies decide to give the cat some goofy name, after which he speaks (for the first time as the broken pendent kept him from talking) and says, "Oh, no you don't!"

Same. It still immediately pops into my head whenever the idea of feral housecats comes up.

Building off the Warrior Cats crossover theme, after many years away, the Equestrian cat clan is in trouble and returns to ask (secretly) for the help of a select group of pony champions.
Sunny tries to convince the returned Equestrians to not use their ancient but undoubtedly corrupted over time battle cry: “Friendship Or Death!!!”
