Holiday things · 10:40am Dec 21st, 2023
I was listening to Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade when I realized that's pretty un-Christmas. I switched to Praetorius' Christmas Mass. I don't understand Latin, but the Baroque and High Renaissance really knew how to make some holiday music.
Anyway, have a very Kirin holiday:

Kirins react to Christmas trees like cats, except they also burn them.
Might I suggest P.D.Q. Bach's Missa Hilarious?
Though the Pig Latin gag fails a bit, considering the Kyrie Eleison is a Greek prayer.
The Nutcracker - the Christmas and New Year classics forever.
Time for Kirinmas, maybe?
