I figured I would give a D&D alignment guide to the Dreamwardens. It might seem like they all should be lawful, but their adherence to following their Oaths is not a choice, so it isn't part of their actual inclinations. Most Dreamwardens fall into a limited number of categories, so there isn't a wide spread of alignment types. However, this might give some idea of their thought processes.
Current Dreamwardens as of latest story:
Warden of Song: Lawful Neutral
Warden of Fear: Lawful Neutral
Warden of Anger: Lawful Good
Warden of Lust: Chaotic Good
Warden of Creativity: Chaotic Good
Warden of Order: True Neutral
Luna: Neutral Good
Some past Dreamwardens that have appeared or were mentioned:
Warden of Death: Lawful Evil* (Sha'am Maut had a bit of a split personality depending on who she dealt with, presenting two very different faces. This was her alignment most of the time when dealing with most adults. However, alignment shifted to Lawful Good when dealing with children or the dying.)
Warden of Silence: True Neutral
Warren of Peace: Lawful Good
Kir'ta: Neutral Good
Joss: Chaotic Evil

After seeing how she took a page out of Discord's book at the end of Marshmallow Dreams, I can totally agree there. Seeing the way she's operating in Partial only reaffirms it. In a way, she takes after Momma Yin-Yu.
Honestly, I'm surprised at the Warden of Order's alignment. He seems so straight-laced and by the book that he would fall closer to NG like Song and Fear.

The Warden of Order, like his predecessor, the Warden of Silence, is the Dreamwarden spymaster. He does what he thinks is appropriate to the situation; sometimes that follows the government's rules, but sometimes that doesn't. Yinyu and Rebecca are far more impulsive than their siblings. Who tend to spend more time thinking things through and are much more rigid about rules and regulations .
The next chapter should give a deeper look at Rebecca and show more of what goes on beyond the happy smile.
