I've been considering other series to turn into stories, and recently recalled that some have voiced their opinion to see me write a Kingdom Hearts story... but I've decided to switch out Fluttershy for a different character. What do you guys think of Sombra being sent in Fluttershy's place, to team up with Sora, Donald, and Goofy against the powers that seek to control the Kingdom Hearts universe?

Thought you wanted to put Sombra in a potential FNAF?
Plus, personally to me. Kingdom hearts has too much lore, or confusing "identities" between a regular character, heartless, or nobody to make me interested to look at all up to make sense.
Sure, big franchises like FNAF, or Warhammer 40K are similar to the huge lore. But, I really do like the both of them to be invested in them to know a lot.
I can't give any option I don't know next to nothing of Kingdom Hearts, but I'll read it your storytelling are good. So go for what you think will work best for the story.
5746395 The FNAF idea is still there. That's the beauty of standalone stories, you can have multiple versions of the same character go to different worlds... like the fnaf Sombra would be a soul and the kh Sombra would actually have a body.
That might be interesting, but with his darkness I think Sombra would be a better companion to Terra during the Birth by Sleep prequel. That way you get a lot more story options out of him as he needs to fight his way out.

Honestly. Sombra sounds fine to me. Plus he can have his personal struggle to keep the darkness at bay while ultimately trying to turn to the side of good.
