And also kind of reminds me of the Cutie Mark Crusaders when they try to get there cutie marks but when they try to help out ponies and creatures to find their purpose
Misty's mark seemed to glow when she was sharing with her new friends. So unlike say AJ's mark which was pretty narrow in scope, her mark might be more of a concept-based mark than an activity or location based one if that makes sense.
I work food service and we might not throw newbies right to the sharks, they are often given a "support" role in one of our operating areas. That can be fairly low key or crazy busy depending on the time of year.
