A Healthy Dose of Interdimensional Competition - Postmortem

Can I call it a postmortem? Or is that just for video games?

Heya, folks. Time for that not-so-monthly check in!

First and foremost, my entry for the Furry Foray Festival, A Healthy Dose of Interdimensional Competition, got second place! So that was fun, exciting, and unexpected. Especially since it actually seemed to perform worse than some of my less-than-well-received stories on here. I can't really put my finger on why that is, to be honest. Perhaps it was just fatigue from all of the furry fics since I submitted it so late into the competition timeline. Also, there was not much promotion from the competition in general, at least none that I encountered. It really seemed to be it's own, little isolated thing. But really, who's to say?

In the end, I did put a lot of effort into it and really enjoyed writing it, as I indicated in my last blog post. I hope to be able to do more competitions like that in the future. If you haven't already, I highly encourage you to go and give it a read! (It got second place and a spattering of other awards, so it's gotta' be good, right?)

Secondly, my commissions are closed once again for the foreseeable future. Real life is back in full swing, and I've got to take a step back to focus on that right now. Not that I'm going to stop writing - no, definitely not. New content is just going to slow down a bit. But rest assured, new stuff is coming. I got an extra-interesting story on the way soon - one that is slightly more vanilla than is to be expected from me, even! But still delightfully horny! And very much ghey.

Thirdly... I don't have a thirdly. Huh. Well this is awkward...
