Pissing on Graves · 1:21am Feb 8th, 2023
Warning: This blog contains sensitive details.
I’m not into politics. I usually fall over if I lean too much to either side. However—like everyone else—I’ve heard the story of Alex Jones believers pissing on children’s graves.
Anger and disgust arise first.
How could someone do that?
These kids had done nothing wrong. They were kids. It’s impossible—unless for the mentally sick—to piss on such a grave for face value. So… how does someone do it, then? What’s in the mind of such people that do it for a different cause?
I glanced around and thought about it.
These people are convinced that the shooting was a hoax. That the people involved were actors. And that the graves are empty—the names inscribed, fake. To them, this is the world trying to put a blindfold on all of us. To them, to piss on a fake grave is an act of justice and rebellion.
And people believe that.
Someone can commit such an act—pissing on a child’s grave—if they truly believe its a conspiracy. To them, they’re actually in the right. It’s so mind-boggling when you go down that rabbit hole. And these people were further convinced. Made to believe. It’s crazy to think of what our words and how we reframe things are capable of.
That’s all I have to write. This was just something on my mind. And I needed to jot it out.
That is just so... disgusting... and so... evil. They are so... out of touch with reality, I hate that... those children done nothing wrong... it just... angers me that people would do such a thing. If I found someone trying to do that... I would just lose it.
It doesn't surprise me. Alex Jones has whipped up his fan base up in the past to harass, dox, and in a few cases, assault, the families of the Sandy Hook shooting victims. In fact it was his straying outside the bounds of stochastic terrorism and right into actively calling for increased harassment and doxing of the Sandy Hook families that got him sued in Texas and Connecticut.
Turns out, grave desecration is a felony! So if these pieces of trash are ever charged, they're looking at prison time and/or a substantial fine.
