Sorry for the delay everyone. We finally got there after wrestling for weeks.
Am I Fluttershy or Beary in this situation? I'll let your decide.
Full transparency, I've been spending more time than I should after the holiday playing video games in my downtime. It was one of those chapters I got sick of looking at after a while, which was why I changed directions twice before King helped me focus it on something else and "commit to a bit" I didn't realize I had put in the chapter. Thanks to him, I finally got there. Hopefully you guys enjoy the chapter.
One of the reasons it took so long was, not to get into specifics, but I've seen a lot of praise around Puss and Boots 2 over the portrayal of something within the movie, and as I was writing the events of this chapter, I couldn't help but wonder if this idea was mine or the zeitgiest infecting my thoughts. I was told twice that I was worrying over nothing, so I went through with it. I liked the scene in question, but I always worry about the more dramatic bits. I want them to work not only for the sake of the story, but to be earned. I want to be sure that I'm not taking cheap shots.
So, now the question is to look at Electro Swing or Unchanging Truths next. I fought a chapter for month, and I feel behind on where I want to be with Electro Swing, but pacing one's self is important when living the story of your life. I dunno. I'll figure it out later. Gotta wish my mom a happy birthday first before I consider my options.
