Work continues in steady fashion on the new Shadowbolts project. I'd be lying if I said it was easy--the realms of erotica aren't exactly familiar grounds with me. Nonetheless, I've made considerable progress and I'd be close to finishing if I didn't keep finding excusing to lengthen parts of the story. As I mentioned in my previous blog entry, I've been planning some new projects to diversify my portfolio, as well as provide some much needed novelty after having written quite a bit of Sunset Shimmer's G-rated adventures. The new story will follow the Shadowbolts of Crystal Prep Academy, as I find them to be an enjoyable lot with plenty of potential in their characters, as well as allowing for a more mature tone to the story.

It'll feel nice to take the shackles off for a little while.

As no doubt many of you are aware, Equestria Girls 4: The Legend of Everfree was aired early down in Brazil, leading to copies of the English airing to pop up on video sites. For no in particular reason, I figured I may as well give voice to my thoughts about the film. If you haven't seen it yet, then I suggest you either go find it (check Youtube or Reddit, it shouldn't be too hard) or just ignore this until the movie's released for the rest of the world on October 1st.

Needless to say, spoiler warnings all ye who continue to read.

Anyways, I'm not one for long-winded reviews. I enjoyed watching Friendship Games. I feel it was certainly stronger than the first movie, but it felt a bit weaker than the second. I think a stronger villain could've helped things along, but I may be a bit biased in thinking that Sombra would've made a better principal for Crystal Prep (I still think that's a lame name for school) than Cinch.
