Hey all, good news! Writing is complete on Chapter 29, I'm just entering into the editing phase now and handing it out to prereaders.

I'll keep you all updated, cos of course, editing will be intense this close to the end!

Sorry if anyone got repeat instances of the chapter going up in their alerts, was messing around with editing to correct some errors and made a mistake!

Hey folks, great news! The actual writing was complete a few days ago and it is now in pre-reader and editing hands.

I’ll see how the initial feedback goes to see if it’s just minor changes or any major rewrites, but we’re in the home stretch for next release!

Chapter 26…and Chapter 27 are now fully written

Well, part of why this took longer is that I was retooling the Part 1 and Part 2 into separate chapters. I just didn’t feel that they were working together, simply due to length. So now we will have:

Hey guys,

Following on from my decision to write 26 Part 2 before Part 1 goes out, I have been making excellent progress. It is around 60% complete, with only the climax left to write...and it's a big one.

All is going well! I'm not going to give dates or times because life has taught me that they are next to impossible to predict. But we are making steady progress that is accelerating every time I write. (Ends of chapters always have that "Let's do iiiit!" boost to them)

Chapter 26 part 2 is about 30% complete.

I'd release part 1, but I'd rather have them closer together. I'm sure you all understand! Just wanted to keep you all aware!

Well, as you all know, I was having a slow period due to work rush at the end. Overall I got more done than I thought I would at this time of year with this much work going on all around it. The last few weeks have been the slowest yet for it but the ones before I got up to around that previously mentioned 55% mark so…yay? By my estimate may be off the harsh schedule at work by 6th January, so we’ll see!
