Thank you! The 'morally gray' was what I was going for, and the fact that I got people rooting for the psychotic mutant zombie queen to destroy all free will on the planet forever is touching.

The battles do drag on, but they kind of had to. Short of the princesses and, once she's powered up, Chrysalis, there's nothing the ponies have that can really do a lot of damage to the super-durable infected.
