Yeah, I've distilled my writing strategy into a concentrated essence.

Wait a few weeks without writing more than a thousand words or two, and then, at a randomly chosen time, write seven thousand words in a single day.

Well, that's my new record, so obviously not that exactly many; but that's definitely how I do things.
