My writing process. · 10:26am Mar 30th, 2020
This is more for other would-be writers out there. Writing can be a daunting process. Not just in putting your thoughts to text, but making them readable. Here's what I do:
1. Make a timeline of events.
I'm odd. I dunno? I guess I'm here because some Empty Plots need Filler.

I often tought about this, though mostly I'd say it's me trying to justify to myself why I have been writing Crossing the Trixie Bridge. Even why I've encouraged a few others, and even helped them get started or co-wrote with their stories. Though, it seems all of them have gone on hiatus or put their stories on the shelf and may not pick them up again.
So, 43 was put out a later than I wanted. It should have been put out closer to noontime in (central standard US time), but it came out about 8 hours later. So... Oops.
Just like the title of this blog says... Sorta. And what I mean is that my editor will not likely be able to assist me reviewing my work. Which really sucks for me. That guy was great at what he did. Not just in finding the many errors I made, he also helped me in making less as time went on. Plus, he would even help provide new ways to write out a scene or improve the overall verbiage and make the content flow better. All of that while still being able to read ahead with chapters and help
Just wanted to apologize for those waiting for chapter 32 to be published. Unfortunately, my editor has fallen ill and only recent was able to come back on the rebound. So, for as much as I would love to put the peddle to the metal and crank out as many chapters as fast as possible, I want the best readable versions to be presented to you all. On top of that, I believe the health and well-being of my editor and anyone else I may work with should take priority. In this case, getting on back on
Not that it's stopping me or overtly affecting me, but I can't help but wonder where these downvotes are coming from. And no, this isn't me complaining or failing to recognize that my writing style, genre, or even the content I choose isn't for everyone. It's more of a question of what is it about my writing or what content people are so turned off by.
Alright, so this last chapter had a much better wait time between submissions. Hopefully, 32 will stay on track and be submitted before next Sunday.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I'm going to be down an editor for the time being. Not sure how long, but sometimes these things can't be helped.
So, without further ado... chapter 30, and I apologize for the wait.
However, I'll probably be releasing a few more chapters more closely together these next few weeks to help make up for lost time.
I can't believe that I missed it, but on September 4th, Crossing the Trixie Bridge turned 1 year old. In one year I've managed to publish just a little over 250,000 words.
