I actually read a Chuck Tingle book, today. When I say that he is the best self-published mainstream erotic writer I have ever encountered, you will understand that I am drawing from a rather shallow pool. Nonetheless -- his stories are actually really funny, and, well... hotter than you'd expect a story about sucking a GBP's cock to be. More importantly -- they are unique. Nobody talks about "Dominated by the Were-Stallion" or whatever. But they talk about these books.

I need more backstory before I start on my 300K word shipfic about Fluttershy's parents!

Here is what is going on with me, prose-wise:

1. I think I might've figured out how to fix Frazzle! I'll most likely be removing or mothballing Chapter 11 (My Fair Pony Part 2) and proceeding with a third act based on Fraz's voice change. The appearance change took me to some creepy places, I have doubts about Zecora actually going along with it, and anyway it's not like Frazzle could even get more attractive than she already is, am I right?

I didn't do any advance planning on this one. I like a lot of the individual scenes. I was wrestling with it because the structure is really sloppy and I'm worried about the ending maybe being unsatisfying.

That's not a big deal. I can deal with that. I've been writing a long time, I've struggled before.

But the way it's going right now, the ending is going to be weird. And creepy. And maybe sloppy and unsatisfying, to boot.
