Peace. Such a wonderful term. Equestria is currently experiencing this delightful word. After the incident with Starlight, everything is doing just swell... That is to say it would be. Suddenly, Twilight finds herself adventuring to the ends of Equestria to find a possibly strong ally... Or a powerful enemy. As she draws near, she can feel powerful magical energy that could very well rival the Princesses themselves. What could possibly await her and her friends as they try to figure out what is the cause of it? How should I know? Even I don't know where this will lead. We'll just have to read and find out...

So, this is a side project as I take a break from my original story. I had this idea, and I wanted to get it out onto the interwebs before I forgot it. Any willing volunteers for making a cover art are welcome to PM me about the details.

(Story will not really have much Starlight Glimmer in it, since I'm still getting used to the whole finale happening. But don't worry! I will eventually begin writing her in for all those new fans of hers.)

Emerald had a lovely life. He had a loving mother, two younger sisters he enjoyed playing with, and a large mansion they all lived in, always running around the large spaces of the various rooms. But one day, it all changed. He had only one job: To watch over his youngest sister, Sapphire, for a few minutes. And he blew it. And now, his mother is gone, he's separated by his other sister, Ruby... Did I mention Sapphire is now evil? That too. And Emerald seems to have found himself as a strange statue that is capable of movement at night... Dafuq?

This is only rated teen for somewhat usual cursing done throughout the story, as well as some mature things that probably isn't suitable for most young ones..

This is my entry for the NaNoWriMo competition, and I decided to go ahead and do this story for it, since we are allowed to use fanfiction and other such sites.

Sorry guys. I got very distracted, so I haven't been working much with this story. This in turn has caused me to not reach my goal. BUT. This does not mean I will quit this story! I will still work on this, although it won't be for NaNoWriMo anymore... *Sigh*
