Well, that's one way to look at it, I suppose. Another way to look at it is that I posted eleven stories in my first month and got nowhere... so now I go around introducing myself to new members and offering to help so that they don't make the same mistakes I did, get frustrated, and quit the site. Basically, I'm just trying to be the guy I wish I had met in my first days on the site.
