*ahem* As we speak, I am involved in a project with a REALLY good artist to produce full-body pictures of each of the Children of Sombra! Ohhhhh, and they look so GOOOOOOOD!!! I love characters.

The way they start out as skeletons with a few strips of proverbial literary muscle on them to hold them together, but through the course of the story they exist in - should they spend any time in the spotlight at all - they fill out with the flesh of development and background and become *REAL* characters, so to speak.

So - my first story is in the proverbial bag, and I'm now working on the sequel... or, to be more precise, the second arc.

See, this story (which started out as a roleplay) went on for the better part of a few years; in that time, my partner-in-crime Wungiel and I wrote enough material for numerous books. I decided to mash them into three stories, which should work out well enough... except that the second arc miiiiiiiight be a bit, er... long.
