One day in the Crystal Empire, Shining Armor and Princess Cadence are alerted to a gigantic blaze spreading over the outskirts of the city. Cadence attempts to hold up a shield before the fire can kill her subjects, but when she does, the smoke manifests into an alicorn even larger than Celestia herself. They send a distress letter to Canterlot and Celestia calls upon the Mane 6 to help vanquish this new foe. But how can they defeat a foe strong enough to burn the world to a crisp?

Twilight and her friends grew very close in a matter of days, and after overcoming challenges like Discord and the changelings, they're tighter than bark on a tree. However, along the road, Twilight became an alicorn, and therefor, immortal. It is roughly 80 years after their battle with Tirek and all of her friends have passed. The young alicorn, well relatively young, now struggles to cope with the loss of her friends. Can anyone help her through this depression?
