Plugged it in, went to sleep, and woke up to find it dead. It didn’t charge last night. And then it didn’t want to charge or turn on this morning, either.

Yay, good prank, phone... we’re all laughing here... you really got me good...

It finally did turn on (after literally an hour of checking the plug to make sure it was in right), so that was a fun way to start the day. Hope that’s the weirdest thing I’ll see today (but I think we all know it won’t be).

I’m on a roll! don’t get used to it

So my bio currently reads “Simultaneously able to type 94 wpm and still take four years to finish a story.” Well, I’ve done one better.

So I decided to enter a contest, as I often do. But this time, I actually finished the story on time. Last hour of the last day; but technically on time.

I should probably buy a lottery ticket or something.

Also 15k words is nowhere near enough I’d call this a hill I’m willing to die on but 15k is more of a molehill T.T

Hoping to get this next chapter posted by tonight!

I was still partway through season 7 when I dropped off watching the show. I got busy, life happened, and it’s not nearly as fun watching alone. But then one day my kid was getting restless and I figured, it’s a good show, maybe this will distract her.

It didn’t work as well as I’d hoped (but she did stop running around for all the songs that played). But I was distracted. I’d forgotten how much I loved this show. Ended up binging the whole 8th season in two days.

I finally got around to watching the My Little Pony Movie. It only came out, what, a year and change ago?

I liked it. I thought it was fun, I liked the animation style and how fluid it was, I liked the songs, I thought it was clever to see the contrast between Twilight and Spike / Tempest and Grubber, and I kept catching little details in the background. I think it’s one of those movies you have to watch a couple times to catch all the references they threw in.
