The Princesses:

1. How old are Celestia and Luna?

About 1000something years old.

2. How old is Cadance?

Late 30's.

3. Were Celestia and Luna always alicorns, or did they ascend?

Oh, they've ALWAYS been Alicorns.

4. Are Cadance and Twilight immortal?

No, they age (and die) like Ponies. But they do have a longer lifespan (1000 years instead of 200something.)
