This might just be a little venting-ish. A good family friend died some time back. It was traumatic and horrible and it really struck everyone very badly. I myself did not know him too well, but I do know he was a great guy. It hit home very pointedly that bad things can happen incredibly quickly. It also highlights the point that one should not put off whatever one desires to try and do or they may not wind up doing it at all. His family is known to be unfortunately prone to serious health

Somehow · 11:36pm September 16th

Somehow both my main and my backup mouse managed to break in one day apart from each other. Haha. I did order one some time ago but do not know when it will arrive. I am using an extremely difficult to actually..use mini hold trackball which for some reason has buttons like, reversed or just plainly weirdly set making it even more hard to use. Hah

Tornado · 9:37pm July 15th

I am literally at this moment in an area under a tornado alert. The rain is nearly horizontal.. Quite a sight I must say. Here I was trying to write and suffering power dips instead. Haha. The city of Barrie has already suffered severe damage from this. We are far elsewhere, but the rainfall is terrifically intense regardless. What fun

Hospital / Same · 9:43am March 30th

Attaching this to both current stories so it is seen: I had to go to the hospital for bleeding. Turned out to be diverticulitis. Had blood drawn to make sure I was not bleeding internally. I am alright now.

As I Sit · 6:40am Nov 16th, 2020

Inside in relative safety, with my window slightly open to the terrifically serious wind and rain outside..I find I like the weather this way. Something about the sheer power and ferocity of nature at force fascinates my mind. Even as I feel terribly ill at the moment it is to me a most majestic display despite the inherent danger at this instant. This is no ordinary wind. It is enough to cause severe damage if one is not cautious. That is what draws my attention to it. The sound, the motion,

Chair Wreck · 3:37am Oct 22nd, 2020

So I'm sitting here writing and suddenly..the side of my chair crumbles with a tremendous crack as the back falls off due to this nearly flinging me onto the floor. Haha. So I have rigged it with a single adjustable arm and no back.. I was going to get a new chair but that is a little harsh on the pocket book at the moment. It never rains but it pours. Hehehe

Chair Explosion · 9:58pm Oct 12th, 2020

So of all things, a friend of mine had their dog suddenly drop dead last night and at almost the same moment I was told this via IRC the arm of my chair goes <CRACK!> and tears right off almost throwing me to the floor. What amazing timing. Also not the best quality plastic it would seem. So a few things have slowed me on writing again of course. Haha. What a grand year this has been for all yes.. At least moms severely broken arm appears to be mending slowly according to x-ray.

Moms Brother Passed Away · 12:56am Sep 30th, 2020

My mom had two brothers. The first I personally tried to revive without success when he had a heart attack some years ago. Smoking did him in, as it did my father, and my stepfather. Really, don't smoke. Hehe. This one had a damaged lung and a bad leg from a serious snowmobile accident in the Yukon territories years back. This coming so soon after she broke her arm is really bad of course. We had not seen him in many many years and as he moved closer we were actually going to visit him this
