I did it. I finished my Set Adrift story before the end of August, and thus before college.
Somewhere around Chapter Four I promised myself that if I could pull this off, I would give out cameos to celebrate, likely through some kind of contest. So here we are.

I love reading here on FIMfiction, so naturally I have seen a few OCs in stories and other fanworks (YouTube, TumblrPon, etc.). Frankly, with all those awesome stories I've read and all of the awesome stories I haven't read yet, I didn't think I could choose a favorite. But when I decide to look at those OCs objectively, and without the stories around them (save for background story, maybe) the simple answer is: In my opinion, MLP-Silver-Quill's Clutterstep is best OC.

As a writer I don't know what to think of Applejack. As a brony I love the show and all of it's characters (more or less), but the writer part of me can't help but feel like AJ came out last when they got their character traits.

As I said in the Author's note of "Sunrise and Sunfall", I do not promote smoking. I myself do not smoke, Sanji called it an "unhealthy addiction" in Chapter Three of the story, but most of all I want to clarify that the "Poison Smokes", as I call them, are different from normal cigarettes. They are not addictive and our scientists have assured me that they have no negative effects on a ponies health.
