It's not misanthropic, just a "What-if" scenario. We are much more aggressive than ponies, that's just a fact. They would probably see it as being bloodthirsty, but that would just be their ignorance of our history and our homeworld's environment talking.

The thing is, I see a lot of stories with a concept I don't like. You know, when I first made this profile I thought I'd help some noobs with their stories, but whenever I come back from work I'm simply too tired to care. All I want at that point is a good read, however I have to look for it. And finding one is like looking for a gem in a compost pile. To put it simply: I'm tired of not dealing with it.

Especially the sweat thing makes me afraid since this story has a sex-and dark tag which probably will feature rape too.
I honestly don't mind rape, i even love it -as a fetish- but only if its on males.
Stallions or any other thing raping human woman will make me definitely downvote this story. Its one of few things i absolutely can't stand and is for me a instant-downvote.

The point of a Thumbs-Down button, is to express your dislike of a story because it is poorly written in one form or another. Not a dislike of an idea, but of a story.

I can easily ignore Trollfics, and find stories that I like. It takes at most a minute or two. Having less trollfics would mean that those who do get enjoyment from them will be deprived of their enjoyment because of me. I don't like the thought of that feeling. I refuse to tell others that they should go somewhere else to get enjoyment out of something that is ultimately not harmful in any way to me.

Also, while I dislike the idea of Trollfics, I will not discount the possibility of there being well-written trollfics. I just won't find one, because I refuse to read them.

Well, it says 400 years in the past, when human weaponry wasn't that much better than ponies. The ponies knew the land, had control of the airspace, the weather, possibly some monsters, and magic. Medieval humans didn't stand a chance.

Here's the reason why I'm turned off by stories like this. It's the hypocrisy of them that get's to me. Humans are evil and blood thirsty, yet the ponies go to war with them, spill blood and take lives just the same as the humans they are fighting against. Why are the ponies just in their actions, while humans are portrayed as the monsters? Killing is killing regardless of what side it's coming from. .

And after the ponies win, which they usually do in these, they enslave the humans, a blatant act of cruelty. "So much for friendship is magic" Why should children pay for the sins of their fathers? Humans are a blank canvass that can be painted black, white or gray, we aren't born evil. But stories in this medium tend to preach that we are.

Well I digress, this story does have a saving grace, and that's the Prince of Egypt vibe I get from the description. I can see it now, the prince storming into Celestia's throne room after seeing some poor bastard get whipped on the streets. "Let my people go." or maybe I'm wrong and he won't give a ratsass about his people.
