Interesting, so Josuke and the Morioh gang where sent back in time by Bites The Dust. Kira is somewhere in Canterlot and part 3 Joseph is now going to meet Josuke.... honestly I'm not sure which will end in more disaster the cereal killer or them all finding out what Joseph did, lol
Or it could be a case of being sent to another world with a different timeline honestly I like Joseph but just what the hell was he thinking in cheating on his wife.
Plus I expect the golden arrow to appear and possibly one of the girls gets a stand but let's wait and see
10130390 No one has ever explained how that encounter went down. Was Josuke's mom a Yandere? (Doubt it, because Joseph's lungs must have been in better shape when he first met her meaning he could still use Hamon back then, and that would have helped him deal with any drugs to have him at her mercy.) Like Araki never gave us a clue. Joseph does make mistakes and he is a sly man, but at the same time we don't see him being that selfish as to cheat on his wife or ignore his children. He was a pretty doting father to Holy, and he is the kind of man to watch Loony Tunes in the movie theater when they first showed up.
(How else do you think he came up with the cross-dressing plan? He was the original Meme Lord using his weird sense of humor as a way to get the advantage. Getting the advantage by using one of the legendary Proto-Memes given to us by Bugs Bunny.)
(The joke on him not knowing what to get the invisible baby in the Family Store seemed odd. He was a father during the 40's and while Suzy Q might have taken the bulk of the time raising Holy, he still must have given his daughter a warm Feeding Bottle more then once when he was home and not running a busyness. I mean I can imagine him getting mad at the clerk in Japan for wasting his time (despite getting a bit senile due to his loss of Hamon) and telling him to get him a glass feeding bottle, a diaper, and a safety pin. He might have ended up saying it in English because he could have gotten too mad to notice that he slipped out of using Japanese.)
Though the more I think about it Araki just must have thrown a random plot point for a risque joke. When it would have been less weird if Holy had a younger brother that also eventually moved to Japan and took a Japanese wife. (Though it would have been a massive pain in the ass to fill in the obvious plot hole by having to explain why this hypothetical character did not help at all during Stardust Crusaders.)
10132251 Yeah though I do hope it's an alternate timeline because though it would be funny to see josuke meeting his sister who happens to be jotaros mom.
Once again loved this chapter,

Watching anime in Japanese gives you expert knowledge of the language, I am sure.

That's what they all think, lol. Sure, there's some basic words that can be helpful, but subbed anime isn't a learning annex.
