A wedding to remember part 1
Twilight was in her bedroom that she shared with Celestia turned Daybreaker, over the course of the few days she was brought back to life she learned to accept what Celestia became and even though she might look different, Twilight still loved her with all her heart and that would never change.
Twilight and Daybreaker were at their desks writing out invitations for their wedding. As Daybreaker was writing out the invitations her mind wandered to the two years that she ruled when Twilight died.
3 months after Twilight's death
Daybreaker woke up in her empty bedroom and looked at the side of the bed that Twilight once slept and closed her eyes. "I'm so sorry I couldn't protect you Twily." After Twilight died she became quick to anger, lashing out at everyone around her, not caring who she hurt..... Or killed.
A knock at the door brought her out of her thoughts.
"Who is it!" she yelled.
The guard on the other side recoiled back in fear. "Y-your h-highness its time to begin court."
Daybreaker rolled her eyes in annoyance and got out of bed. She threw on her regalia and swung the doors open, she walked out not paying the scared guard any mind and made her way to the throne room.
As she walked down the hallway to the throne room she passed maids and guards who all looked terrified.
Once at the throne room she threw the doors open and walked to her throne, determined to get court over with as fast as possible.
"Your highness, are we ready to begin."
Daybreakers eyes landed on Raven, the pony keeps track of all the plans the princess has as well as keeping track of the petitioners.
Daybreaker let out an annoyed sigh. "let's just get this over with."
The doors opened to start the court and in came the first petitioner.
Daybreaker was brought out of the flashback and looked at Twilight. "What did you say love?, I zoned out."
"I said is this enough invitations." She pointed to three stacks of invitations, each stack had about a hundred and fifty invitations.
Daybreaker looked at the invitations and then smiled to herself, 'Same old Twilight.'
Extending a wing, Daybreaker draped it over Twilight's back and pulled her close. "You can invite as many as you want dear."
"But what about you?, surely there is someone you wish to invite." Twilight asked.
"There's only one pony I want there, and i'm marrying her." Daybreaker finished and leaned in closing the gap between her and Twilight and kissed her love passionately, Twilight was surprised at first but melted into the kiss after awhile.
Once they parted they looked into each others eyes. "I love you Twily."
"I love you too celly. Let's take a break and get something to eat, I am quite hungry."
As if on que both of there stomachs began to growl in hunger. They both looked at each other and blushed then burst out laughing.
"Hahaha, well it looks like I am quite hungry as well, whats say we go to the dining hall for some lunch."
"That sounds lovely Celly."
Both princesses got up and walked to the dining for some lunch, once there they sat down and got there food. While eating, Daybreakers mind went back to the two years that she ruled without Twilight again.
1 year and 2 months after Twilight's death
Daybreaker was walking down the hallway to go back to her room when she overheard some mares talking about Twilight, getting a little curious she decided to eavesdrop on the conversation. Looking around the corner she saw two maids and Raven talking to each other and laughing.
"I'm so happy that bitch of a princess Twilight Sparkle is dead, she was such a nerd always talking about books and being such an annoying brat." Raven said as the three of them laughed.
A piece of the wall that Daybreakers hoof was on broke off and her eye was twitching with anger. Having heard enough she walked over to the three of them while hiding her anger.
"Raven, I need to speak with you with in private."
Turning her head Raven saw Daybreaker. "Y-yes your highness." Raven bowed and walked off with the princess. Once around the corner Daybreaker lit her horn and teleported the two maids to the dungeons with a smirk.
Arriving at her personal chambers Daybreaker opened the doors and motioned for Raven to go inside. Once Raven was inside Daybreaker quickly followed after.
"So what was it that you need to speak with me about princess?"
Once Daybreaker was inside she closed the door and locked it.
"Princess, why did you lock the door?"
"I overheard your little, 'conversation'." Daybreaker stared down Raven with pure anger.
Ravens eyes widened with realization and dropped to the floor in fear, cowering.
Daybreakers blazing mane crackled and snapped as she walked towards Raven. When she was right in front of her she stopped walking and lit her horn. "Goodbye Raven." Daybreaker released the spell and turned Raven into ash. She picked up the ashes with her magic and threw them out of her balcony.
"No one disrespects my Twily."
"Celly?, Celly!" Twilight yelled.
Daybreaker was brought out of her flash back again and looked at Twilight. "Huh?, what did you say Twily?"
"I said we have to get our fitting done for our wedding dresses. Are you ok Celly." Twilight asked worried.
"I'm fine Twily, i'm just having some flashbacks, nothing to worry about, now you said we have to get our fitting done today."
Twilight nodded her head. "Yes, we have to leave now if we are going to make it on time."
They both got up from the table and out of the dining hall to the front castle doors. As they were walking down the hallway they past a maid who was looking at them the whole time.
The maid walked down the hall and into a spare room. When the maid thought she was alone she turned into a changeling and contacted the hive.

At the hive Chrysalis was in her room looking at her damaged body. The changeling docters where able to reattach Chrysalis's horn but couldn't do a thing about her wings considering they were disintegrated, her eye had to be removed because it was to badly damaged to be saved, and her hooves where repaired with the help of some healing magic.
Chrysalis looked at her body and growled with anger. "You will pay for this Celestia!" She yelled.
Suddenly one of her changelings contacted her through the hive mind. "My queen, I have some bad news."
"What is it."
"Twilight Sparkle is alive."
Chrysalis's eyes widened. "WHAT!!. How is that possible, I killed her right in front of me, there is no way she is alive!"
Chrysalis began to destroy everything in the room out of anger. "AHHHHHHHHHHH." She screamed in frustration.
"My queen."
"What is it now!!"
"I should tell you that they are getting married soon."
" Thank you, now resume your duties at once."
"Yes my queen."
"Married?, I can strike and get my revenge at they wedding, it will be perfect." Chrysalis began to laugh but stopped after a few seconds.
Chrysalis walked out of her room and towards her throne room. Once there she threw open the door and called for her general. "General!"
The general walked up to Chrysalis and saluted. "Yes your highness."
"Get the army ready."
"Yes your highness." The general gave a quick bow and left the room to gather the army.
Chrysalis went and sat on her throne. "Looks like its time for another Canterlot wedding."

And we're off! I really hope to see more flashbacks of Daybreaker's past after Twilight's death, that's gonna the selling point til Chrysalis arrives.
Glad you went through with making a sequel. I like how the flash backs show how she ruled after Twilight's death. I look forward to your next chapter.

I have something extra special for the second chapter. It's the first day of Daybreaker ruling without Twilight, a lot happens because I tried to make it emotional as I wanted to show how Daybreaker was during her first day without Twilight. She handles it as well as you'd expect her too..... Terribly
Somehow I love this "Without Twilight, Celestia turns into Daybreaker" concept. There is another story going on titled "A Student Once Lost", it goes basically around the same characters, but with a different storyline. Anyway, please continue. :)

I believe that the only way Celestia can turn into Daybreaker is if someone close to her were to die right in front of her, like Twilight because her and Celestia are really close so if you were to kill Twilight, then Celestia would turn into Daybreaker out of despair and revenge. But that's just how I see it, there are many people that portray Celestia turning into Daybreaker in different ways, mine and Chiefs999 is only one of many possibilities.

Even though you are writing a much better Twilight x Daybreaker you still like my story and read it, even though mine is nowhere near as good as yours. This just proves that you don't have to write a long story to make it good. I believe that its not about how good you write but how you tell the story.

Oh yes, I overlooked some details. In your (and Chiefs999's) stories Celestia turns into Daybreaker after Twilight is murdered and she couldn't protect her. Maybe a simple break-up, or an alternate universe without Twilight ever being born wouldn't make her Daybreaker, but still consideraby less happy.

I 100% agree with that. How you tell the story is by far the most important at least in my opinion. World/story creation really gets me going

But people don't get that, they always want stories that have perfect writing and perfect grammar. They don't understand or choose not to understand that some of us writers have trouble with writing and grammar (my self included). I remember reading stories that have terrible writing and grammar, but the story they told was amazing and moving. It's also really nice to know that you get where I am coming from about this and agree on that its not about the writing but the story you tell.
Sorry for rambling
