Rarity finds herself thrown into a dying Equestria. Armed with nothing but her wits and a voice over the radio she must fight for survival in a world where being alive means nothing.
Finally! I have been waiting for someone to make a Soma/MLP crossover for a long time, and so far you're doing a great job. Rarity is definitely an interesting choice for this situation.
I'm wondering how similar to the game you're going to make this. I've already noticed a few differences from it, so at least that means you aren't directly copying it, which is good to know.
Some plot points are going to be similar (you can probably guess the obvious one so far). But I'm looking to make it branch off into its own thing now that the intro is out of the way. There's a lot more that can be done with the mlp universe involved.
Man, if you're gonna name your kid Cerebrum you're just asking for them to become an evil scientist.
I enjoyed the read, you wrote a chapter that has almost no dialogue, but it kept me interested without being verbose. Also enjoyed the twist at the end, looking forward to more chapters.

(Also, I see what you did with the title.)
