So... Celestia got away with dealing crap to everypony (mostly Cantor... yet again) and they all ate up the crap and said "thank you" to her?
I'm sorry, but is everypony mentally challenged or something? Because I can't fathom why they just decide to ignore the fact that Celestia tried to murder Cantor and in doing so murdered all the crew for the mission (it has her plan after all) and she still is like nothing happened, saying sorry again and again but never really being sorry. Also it was Celestia's plans what put into motion all that "I'm going to end all things" event, so she is also to blame for that.
And yet Cantor is taking the fallout and Celestia is like "Oh yeah, poor sap, but I'll not say anything because reasons"... and everypony is fine with it! Why!?
I swear I tried to follow this story, even with the very dark chapters when the crew died and Cantor was almost killed in that hellhole, but I expected some kind of retribution against Celestia, if not by Cantor by Equestria as a whole, because if I lived in a supposed land of harmony and my leader was shown to be just a murderous tyrant I'll put said leader out of power. I expected some kind of reward or respite to the main character, but instead he keeps dealing with Celestia's crap... but they are just... ok with it?
Again sorry, but I can't keep reading a main character who is trampled over and over again and at the end of the day he says "You are a meanie, but please continue" while everypony is watching while saying the same thing. That's the impression I'm getting from Cantor and the rest of the characters after two whole stories.
I hope you keep writing and wish you luck with your story, but this is where I step down from this train.
