Lyra opened a book she borrowed from Twilight labeled 'Soul Tracking 101' she opened it and started reading it stated

"High level unicorns, and low level ones, can do the spell 'Soul Tacking', for high levels its not hard but for low levels it can make ponies black out or even die. To use it you must forces your own soul to your eyes letting you seethe trail left by the souls of others, its like following a scent" Lyra closed the book and looked up

"I could die from this?... Dosnt matter... I know i can do it..." She closed her eyes and thought about her soul moving from her whole body to her eyes. After a few moments of tons of pain her eyes where glowing with her soul but she felt hollow everywhere else and her eyes felt like they where going to pop out

She walked around her house and found the trail of Bon's soul, she saw it coming from the stairs down to the kitchen and then it stopped there. Lyra knew something was very wrong, you cant just move or move someone else with out leaving a soul trail... Lyra forced her soul back to her body and instantly fell

Lyra slowly woke up feeling a steady thumb of pain in her scull. Sighing she got up and headed back to Twilight's place to return the book, but as she walked she thought about what if a pony teleported, it wouldn't leave a trail but then again Bon cant teleport given she dosnt have a horn and if someone teleported her away there would still be the other ponies trail

Lyra reached Twilight's home knocking on the door. Twilight opened up "Oh hello Lyra, what do you need?"

"Well i wanted to return the soul tracking book" Twilight nodded, taking it in her magical grasp

"Anything else?" Twilight asked, more worried about Lyra's mental health then anything she needed

"I could use any book you have on... Gods, portals, other worlds, and... Advanced teleportation. I have a hunch..." Twilight was very confused but shrugged and walked into her library and came back out with a very large stack of books. Lyra smiled a bit at the fact she will be reading for quite a long time. Lyra took them in a magical grasp placing them carefully in her saddle bag and trotted away. Once she got to her home she cracked open the first book she could grab and got to reading

PS: If you are confused how fast Lyra understood it, Lyra is known to be able to think outside of the box... Maybe to far out side of said box...
