i dont understand why you have been having the quest as none there might as well be a quest for taking a dump, there are so many in fallout, so a jail break would most assuredly be a quest.

EDIT: As for why I leave it blank is because the quests I put my characters on last over several chapters. The jailbreak quest was the first instance where I've had two quests running alongside each other.
