It's definitely not Gravemind, before you ask

well, the web program I use to make maps to aid in planning the story long term went through a major update, rendering my existing map of Terra unusable, so I've had to start from scratch.

Figured I'd post part of the redo of the continent of Equis, as it will be heavily tying in with the upcoming story arc

Credit to Caldoric for finding this, I'm pretty much taking this as the overarching theme of the series as a whole now

as for this, I'd be lying if I said it didn't give me ideas for a story further on down the line

well, tomorrow I have a 4:30 start to get up and ready for my very first shift at a chicken factory (prepping chickens for food wholesale as well as portioning). As a result I can no longer guarantee that I'll be working on When legends Rise as much as I have been, on the plus side it's a fairly mundane job, which gives me lots of time to think over each chapter as I'm working on it as well as mentally finalising the intricacies of how I want the story at large to progress.

well, it seems my original calculations when working out journey time were slightly off. the number of days I originally stated it would take to travel are actually closer fitting to the amended distances. as a result I only needed to alter a couple lines of dialogue back in chapter 9

so, that's one potentially massive problem sorted

So, a lot of my planning for the writing of this story comes from a custom map I'm working on, this is to give me a concrete idea of where countries are in relation to each other as well as the distances involved in travelling through them.
