Alright, I'm going to be subjecting the first three chapters of A Dragon's Hoard to some major touch-ups. Looking back I can see a lot of issues with the presentation, perspective, prose, grammar, and tone that genuinely bug me. I also spotted quite a few details, crucial foreshadowing and whole scenes that are somehow missing (not through any digital error, more my own incompetence). Creatures of that size never arrived to civilization unannounced, nor did they attempt to avoid ponies. If her memory served as well as she knew it to, they wouldn’t even try to avoid an entire town’s worth. But this one was alone with her in the woods, and it flew?
