Happy Birthday, Pinkie Pie! · 4:09pm May 3rd, 2018
Today is Pinkie Pie's birthday, a date first confirmed by The Hub all the way back in 2012 (as a result of "A Friend in Deed" and when it aired).

July 9 was Claire Corlett's birthday, she is of course the talented young woman who voices Sweetie Belle (and has voiced a handful of other characters in recent seasons as a result of her maturation). Her father is also a voice actor in his own right, Ian James Corlett whose only voice acting role on this show has been Silver Shill. But Ian may be recognizable to you as the first English voice of adult Goku during the first season of the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z, main character Bill in
I don't know how I've done it, but I've managed to hit 650 followers as of today. To all of you who've been following me (or just started following me) thank you, and I hope to continue to make you proud.
I don't really have a big celebration in mind at the moment, but if you'd like feel free to let me know why you followed me and some things you might like to see from me in the future. Keep in mind, it has to be PG/PG-13 though.
There are two birthdays I missed that really needed to be mentioned. October 15 was Chantel Strand's birthday, she is the talented woman who voiced Diamond Tiara in Seasons 1-5 and also voiced Spoiled Rich in the character's few appearances in Seasons 5 and 6. She was also among the VAs who alternated in the role of Bon-Bon for one off appearances until Andrea Libman became the definitive voice in Season 5 (Chantel's performance can be heard in "Green Isn't Your Color"). She also happens to be
I'm posting this now because her birthday is actually on the 20th, but I will be gone that day on vacation. Anyway, Cathy is the talented woman who voices Spike and has also voiced Coco Pommel among other characters. Interestingly, she was voice the of Rarity in the previous generation.
Yes folks, today is my birthday! Hard to believe I'm 25 years old already (I feel so old)!
It's been an honor to be a part of this fandom for so many years, and even as the end of the show looms I for one intend to stick around afterward. The show end, but the fandom doesn't have to.
It's that time of year again, folks!
Yes, it's Christmas once again. And of course, that means different things to different people. For some it's simply a time of giving and receiving gifts, for some it's a time of helping those less fortunate than others, for others still it's a time to spend with friends and family while stuffing your face full and watching Christmas movies and specials.
Yesterday was Michelle Creber's birthday. She is of course the talented young woman who voices Apple Bloom, and has recently voiced a few other characters on the show, including some of the Wonderbolts. And for the first three seasons she was the singing voice for Sweetie Belle (Claire Corlett would take over starting in Season 4).
Happy birthday, Michelle. It's kind of a shame that Apple Bloom seems to have been forgotten, especially now that she's the only CMC member without living parents.
Today is Shanon Chan-Kent's birthday. She is the talented woman who was Pinkie Pie's singing voice for most of the show (there were only two times Andrea Libman stood in), interestingly she would voice Pinkie Pie in two Season 2 episodes ("The Cutie Pox" and "Ponyville Confidential" which are both notable for Fluttershy appearing but not speaking, her cry in the latter is a recycled stock sound).
Today is Claire Corlett's birthday, she is the talented young woman who voiced Sweetie Belle in the show and apparently is among the talents reprising their roles for "Pony Life". By now I've probably mentioned how she was originally a child when she cast for the role of Sweetie Belle, how she didn't originally sing for Sweetie Belle (she would not officially take over until Season 4, prior to that it was Michelle Creber who pulled double duty singing for Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom) or that
Today is Cathy Wesluck's birthday. She is of course the talented young woman who voices Spike, and has voiced a variety of characters in the show such as Mayor Mare, Coco Pommel (now simply referred to as Miss. Pommel because of copyright issues), Dr. Fauna (in the character's debut appearance, when she reappeared in Season 7 Nicole Oliver took over the role), Minuette, Twinkleshine, Berry Pinch, and even Nurse Sweetheart (who some people thought might be Diamond Tiara's mom prior to Season 5
Today is my 24th birthday, though I won't be on for much of the day since I will be attending a family reunion up at one of my relatives' places.
Still, expect a review on "The End in Friend" shortly after it airs. But then tomorrow I'll be gone through Tuesday night on family vacation to Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio.
Feel free to celebrate my birthday however you want.
Today is my birthday, though this time around I'm once again working on my birthday so the celebration is gonna have to wait until the next day. Still, you can probably expect at least one comic review from me in the next few days.
Until then, feel free to wish me a happy birthday. I'm officially turning 26 now.
Today is Kazumi Evans' birthday. She is the talented woman who served as Rarity's singing double across all nine seasons of FiM. She was also the singing double for Princess Luna in the character's first singing appearance, before the role would be recast to Aloma Steele for subsequent songs. Of course, Kazumi also had a couple of voice acting roles that included: Adagio Dazzle, Moondancer and Octavia Melody in both pony and human form.
I just checked my one of my mods on Skyrim Nexus, and it has gotten over 1k downloads! Wooohooo!
Today is Nicole Oliver's birthday. She is the talented woman who voiced Princess Celestia and Cheerilee across the show's nine seasons. She also voiced a couple of one off characters like Tree Hugger and Fleur De Lis, and was the original voice of Spitfire in the character's first speaking appearance, and as if to make up for the role being recast to Kelly Metzeger for subsequent appearances, Nicole Oliver was given the role of Dr. Fauna for two episodes whereas the character had originally
Today (April 6) is Kathleen Barr's birthday. She is the woman who voiced Trixie in Seasons 1 and 3, and then reoccurringly from Seasons 6-9. And she also voiced Queen Chrysalis, arguably the most reoccurring major villain in the show. Not to mention a few minor roles including one of the three "bullies" in "Sonic Rainboom". Interestingly, Kathleen has reprised the role of Trixie for "Pony Life". And I believe I've mentioned how for Chrysalis she originally had an echo filter, but it was removed
Today is Brian Drummond's birthday. He is the talented man who provided the voice of countless secondary and one-off characters across the show's nine seasons. These include (but are not limited to): Mr. Carrot Cake, Filthy Rich, Sea Breeze, Double Diamond, Dr. Muffin Top, Sheriff Silverstar and Ahuizotl. Oddly enough, Mr. Cake never got any speaking lines after Season 5 and Brian didn't voice any characters at all during Season 8 for reasons unknown (he came back for Season 9 though).
Today is Kelly Sheridan's birthday. She is the talented woman who voiced Starlight Glimmer, Sassy Saddles, Misty Fly and a handful of other characters throughout G4. Although one of the more obscure Vancouver voice actors, she has had a prolific career, including a number of roles in projects shared with the late Kirby Morrow.
Today is Rebecca Shoichet's birthday. She is the talented woman who was Twilight Sparkle's singing double across the nine seasons of the show. Then, of course, she rose to prominence voicing Sunset Shimmer in the Equestria Girls franchise, as well as becoming the voice of Sugar Belle and Night Glider for FiM beginning in Season 5.
Rebecca has had a number of roles before and since, including She Hulk and more recently Captain Marvel (from Marvel, not DC).
