Do you remember the fruit witches who appeared in the Adventure Time episode, Dad's Dungeon?
So, a few days back, a friend of mine invoked me to post on my Tumblr blog about a certain infamous player I knew of from the halcyon days of running Dungeons and Dragons in college. I spent most of my free time yesterday typing out the post, and, having finished, I figured you guys might also enjoy it. So, without (much) further ado, I present to you the legend of Gene, Destroyer of Games.

Sorry but i just watched the new episode and I've got to say, while i did like the D&D elements that made silly but funny situations, this episode kind of bugged me.
first off the whole reason Spike and Big Mac asked Discord to join them was because they felt sorry for him... so it seems that the key to friendship in this episode was pity.
In fact that seems to be the whole drive of the episode from both sides.
Ok, this is a bit nerdy, but after some timing, I was able to get 2 of my IRL friends and my brother to join a DND campaign I had in mind. I was a bit nervous, as it was my first time, but this is more or less the highlights for this session.
-Introducing everyone to the world, with them entering the tavern where everyone would introduce each other.

Thank you everypony, for sticking with me through the second Arc of Ponest Dungeon. It’s been extremely fun to write, and I’m relieved to have finally posted it. I’ve gotten a lot of supportive comments, and actually ended up being featured several times during the past week and a half of posting. So again, I’ll say thank you to everypony who’s been reading.
