I'll be on vacation next week, so no Fic-A-Minute for those that sit around all day Friday, patiently waiting for me to hit that publish button. I will be doing a lot of catch-up reading so perhaps I'll have a whole new set of fics to snark on when I get back!

Since I was one of the judges for the fabulous Outside Insight Summer Fanfic Contest, I thought I should do something of my own to honor it. And since this is now my thing, we'll make fun of them in a minute or less! So each day, I'll post up each winner starting from ten and working our way to number one.

Anyway, this was my very first MLP:FiM fanfic, and at the time I was writing this, my last. I was going to get this one out of my system and then go back to working on my Ranma 1/2 story that I was right in the middle of. Obviously, that didn't happen on both accounts.
So with that, appreciate the old with the new and gaze upon the moon!
So my boi Drakey got one of his fics into the Royal Canterlot Library, which is no small feat. To celebrate, Imma gonna reduce it down to its bare bits!

Oops, I accidentally overwrote this blog when posting the new one. Let's see if I remember how it goes.
Arguably the worst episode of the show by far, but still mildly entertaining at times. The references were amusing at best and physically painful at worst. I can't imagine I'll be watching this one again anytime soon.
I can see why people enjoy it, I just don't enjoy it myself. There was just too much fanwank for me. If it were a fanfic, I don't think it would've been well received.
