Hive sat in bed. He sighed and looked at Zen, who yawned. He looked at Hive. “Are you okay?”
Hive shrugged. “Dunno.”
Zen frowned, before smiling. He slid out of bed. “I think I know what you need.”
Hive raised a brow. “What?”
“'Snugglefest'!” Zen called out before tackling Hive on the bed and snuggling with him.
Hivehunter and a group of his friends walked through the hive. “Who’s our next target, Hive?” one of them asked.
They looked around, finally spotting a tiny nymph writing in a journal. The others started smirking and grinning.
Hive led them up. The nymph looked up, revealing his multicolored eyes. “Hello? H-How can I—”
They started laughing. Then, they started insulting.
“I’ve heard of four eyes, but never two eyes!”
“What happened? Chrysalis squeeze a lime into you eye?”
*Zenex laid in bed, looking at the roof. Then, Hive stepped in
“Zenny Boy...? You... you here...?”
“...Yes...”
“H-Hey buddy...” *walks over to Zenex* “you... you okay...?”
“...No...”
“Do... do you wanna talk?”
“No...”
*Walks over to the nymph* “C’mere Zenex...”
How would you react if Hive adopted Zenex?
Zenex looked at Hive. “Hey Hivey?”
Hive looked over from his book. “Yes?”
“Well, do you ever imagine that there’s some kinda...” Zenex thought for a bit. “Alternate universe where we all die as outlaws?”
Hive thought for a bit. “Mm... nope.” He went back to his book.
A few years into the future, Zenex had used his savings to buy a farm. He was turning a profit and was very happy with his new job. However, he was worried about what Hive would think.
Hive looked around Zenex’s farm. He was very impressed by the eighteen year old’s progress. Of course, Zenex couldn’t have done all this on his own, right? He trotted over to the changeling, who was milking a cow.
“Hey Zen.”
Zenex looked over. “Oh, hey Hivey.”
Hive smiled. “This is a nice place. It must’ve taken you and Flutters a long time to fix up.”
Zenex blushed. “O-Oh... you think Flutters helped?”
“I mean, it’s a lot of work for just you.”
Hero woke up in a daze. He felt Zenex’s hooves holding him from behind. He looked over at the changeling. “Uh... Zenny...?”
Zenex opened his eyes, looking drugged out of his mind. “Mmm... yes honey?”
Honey? Zenex never used the word 'honey'. Unless...
“Zenex, did you get into the ranch powder again?”
Zenex smiled. “Heheheh... you know me sooooo welllllll...” he pulled Hero closer and began kissing Hero all over the face. Hero pulled away.
“Zenex... you’re fucking high.”
(A few weeks after Hive met Zenex
Zenex walked towards Hive’s room, a small teddy bear in his hoof, dragging along the ground as well as a blanket. He peeked in. “Hivehunter?”
The red changeling looked over. “Hm? Oh, it’s you.”
Zenex trotted over, looking at Hive. “H-Hey...”
Hive blinked. “Why are you here, kid? I thought you nymphs slept in the nursery.”
“I... I had a nightmare...” he said, a small tear leaving his eye.
Hive looked at him. “So... what do you want me to do?”
*Zenex walked into Hero’s room*
“H-Hero...?”
“Hm?
“I-I had a nightmare about Arthrax and Hex again...” *walks over and climbs into Hero’s bed*
“Heheh, c’mere Zenny.” *Cradles*
“Hehehe! H-Hero...?”
“Yes?”
“C-Can you sing that lullaby...?”
“Do I have too?”
*Whimpers*
Hero laid in bed, pulling his snuggle pillow close. However, his pillow was pulled away in favor of something much smaller. Hero opened his eyes, yawning. He looked down at the object, noticing a pair of blue and green eyes staring at him. He blinked at the nymph. “Zen?”
The nymph looked up. “Hero...” he mumbled, snuggling closer.
“What’s wrong?” Hero asked, pulling Zen close. Zenex blushed slightly, looking away. Hero nudged him. “Zenny? What’s wron-”
Zenex’s eyes opened and he immediately shot up. He was breathing heavily, eyes bloodshot. Was it all a dream? Was Dusk even real? Did... did he even die? Zenex reached down to feel his legs, which weren’t there.
“Oh fuck!”
Shh! Quiet! Don’t interrupt me.
“D-Dusk...?”
Shh! I’m trying to help you.
“So, you want to learn how to sew?” Broken asked Zenex, who was standing in the doorway.
The nymph nodded. “Mhm! I wanna learn how to sew!” he said, before blushing. “A-And maybe make a few dresses while I’m at it...”
Broken chuckled. “Well, while I don’t know how to tailor, I sure know how to make a plushie.” He smiled and hoisted the nymph up to his desk. “Heh, but it’ll take a while to learn.”
“M’kay!”
Broken smiled. “Who you makin’ the dress for? Flutters?”
*Laughing*
“Heh, had enough?”
“Yehehehehes!”
“Okay!” *Lets him up* “Heh, cute.”
“Hey! Hmph...”
“What? You are!”
“S-Shut up...”
“Heh, you’re such a tsundere.”
“A what?”
“A tsundere. It means you got a heart. A small one, but a heart at that.”
“Sounds about right...”
“So you admit it!”
“Okay, Zenex. Now!”
Zen shuddered a bit. “B-But... they look so adorable!”
Hive sighed. “They’re just plushies, Zen.”
“But they’re soooo cuuute!”
Hive sighed again. “I’ll be right back. I want those plushies smoking when I come back.”
Hive sighed and walked off. Zen frowned and charged his horn.
Hive came back a few minutes later. “Alright Zen. How’s it go—” Hive stopped dead in his tracks. “Zen?”
Zen’s head shot up, and he turned a pink. “H-Hive!”
“Zen... are you...”
(A Few Years into Future)
Zenex, now sixteen, had begun getting his more sexual urges. He didn’t understand the strange new feeling, only knowing that he had to please the knew urges. He found said pleasure in magazines titled Playpony. He’d done it before, but today, Hive caught him.
“Eep! Hivey!” Zen fumbled, hiding both the magazine and his crotch.
“Zenex... were you...?” Hive walked over to the embarrassed nymph, who merely nodded.
Hive walked towards the entrance of the hive. He was getting ready to go out and look for Zenex. As soon as he reached the entrance/exit, he noticed a green-armored figure laying at the entrance/exit. His eyes widened and he ran over. “Zenny Boy?! Zen?!” he yelled, running over. He grabbed the armored figure, taking the helmet off. The nymph was breathing, thankfully, but he was unconscious, possibly in a coma. “Zen! Ah shit, Sting! Anyone?! Help!” he looked back at Zenex, before beginning to
“Okay, I have a few more monster ideas.”
“M’kay, what?”
“Okay, so, I was thinking about maybe making a demonic bunny, a vending machine that dispenses pretty much everything, a key that can open anything, and-”
“Um... Hero... those have already been done...”
“Wait, really?”
“Mhm.”
*Laying in bed*
*Slowly walks into Hero’s room* “H-Hey Hero...?”
*Looks over* “What is it, Zenex?”
*Takes breath* “Look, I know you probably don’t want to see me...”
“Correct.”
*Sighs* “Okay, I was an idiot, I know that now...” *Walks over* “But I need you...”
*Raises brow* “For?”
