This is gonna be pretty simple but does anyone have any information and or ideas for the city of Baltimare in the Fallout Equestria universe, I'm looking for anything from the main story, major fan fics, small fanfics, canceled fics, and even random ass things you found in form discussions and the like.

I believe it was a heavy industrial area during the war unless im mistaken

In main story there is nothing about it.
In my own story Baltimare was reclaimed by griffins basically as soon as fallout cleared up a bit and was their central hub for their raiding of East Coast for centuries, until Enclave absolutely trashed the place alongside with solid chunk of griffin standing military as the first step of their invasion into Griffin Kingdom. By the times of Littlepip it is mostly ruins, with barely any population or resources worth mentioning. Most of remaining population split between bunch of zebras who set up shop and drug lab in old alchemical factory and small but very aggressive thestral colony that took over city tunnels.

A mare meets a human girl and they have to try to get her back home (cliche, but this is Fallout we're talking about, nothing goes as planned or is easy) and they cross a crazed cult that follows Pinkie Pie.

That's all I can say until I get a chapter done for certain. Chapter 1 is done, but I haven't gone over it in a while so I have to read it and go over it before I can post it with confidence.

I've got Baltimare in my story. The main character and friends visit there briefly. The basic inspiration was the MLP map, with Baltimare right next to the Hayseed Swamps. I decided to lean into that aspect. So in my story, Baltimare was hit by one of the variant specialized megaspells. They're not sure if it was a seismic megaspell like used on another city, or something else, but the result was that the city had half-sunk into the bay. The outer areas were mostly intact (if ruined by two centuries of weather), but the entire center of the city was below water, with the old skyscrapers and other towers sticking out of the water like artificial islands.

It was also inhabited by the descendants of a small zebra invasion force who had survived the end of the war and beached on the shore nearby. And the swamp surrounding it was inhabited by swampclaws, which are similar to the gatorclaws from Fallout 4. And with the roads and railways into the area long since consumed by the swamps, it was effectively isolated from the rest of the Wasteland.

Funny you should ask that question as currently I am writing about that area in my story Fallout Equestria: Repair Ponies, which takes place ten years after the story of FoE. I do believe it is still considered an open game as Baltimare was not brought up in detail in the original FoE. As others have said, I picture it as heavily built up. One of the factions is the Baltimare Aircoils which is based out of the old Baltimare Aircoil factory. I also have a colony of Changelings that are there and which was a branch off of Chrysalis's colony. After all, insects often will drive off a new queen that is hatched or kill it. I have to say I do like much of what Pheonix Dragon has described and gives one a bit more flexibility with characters and environment.

7855013 I've been working on and off on a side fic that takes place from the perspective of a pony living in Baltimare, I've got the following headcanon for the area.

The main Stables in Baltimare were all beneath the city near the main metro hubs, something Baltimare was famous for before the war. In theory this would have allowed those with a ticket to easily access them in case of emergency. Knowing this, the zebras smuggled balefire bombs into the city and took them underground, detonating them before the stables could close and destroying all of them.

Baltimare was also the home of the Equestrian Eastern Fleet homeported in Neighfolk (ponified Norfolk). After the initial bombs had started to go off a balefire missile was airburst over Horseshoe bay with the intent to destroy the Eastern Fleet, consisting of the ENS Enterprise skycraft carrier and various escort crafts, which had all scrambled from the bay and were not destroyed in the explosion. The Enterprise managed to return after defeating their zebra naval counterparts and helped prevent the total destruction of the city at the cost of many lives due to the high levels of radiation.

In modern times there are great, radioactive scars created by the balefired metro lines crisscrossing the city streets making travel difficult. Those who fall in either succumb to the RADs or the feral ghouls living below. At night, an unknown species of amphibious horrors thought to be created by radiation affecting the sea life of Horseshoe bay take to the city and slaughter anything they find. All the major settlements are locked up and secured at night to prevent these creatures (known as sea stalkers) from killing them all. The primary daytime threat are the Trappers, raiders holing up in the central part of the city who leave traps for their victims.

The primary settlements are:
~Neighfolk, the old naval base now housing the remains of the ENS Enterprise. They are a ghoul settlement, mostly former sailors from the war with some post-war ghouls as well. Their leader is 'The Admiral' who runs a radio station telling stories from his life as well as providing weather updates.
~Fort Bray (P. Fort Bragg), an old Equestrian army base now housing Steel Rangers who bully almost everyone else and seek out technology to hoard.
~Quayside, formerly the main cargo port, the residents have moved a collection of massive cranes together and welded cargo containers on top of them to create an elevated platform city above the ground.
~Hovel, a large hotel with a still-functioning water talisman on the main floor and the primary trade hub of Baltimare.
~Noware (Pia[no Ware]house), a large warehouse converted into living quarters.
