I'm a bit lost as to where to put my story A Hairier Problem: Rise of the Furball, namely in that I'm not quite sure how to classify the adoption. Or rather, the unofficial one, since the character isn't officially adopted due to basically being an adult who finally finds parental figures. Any thoughts?
