It's mediocre at best. It should have been obvious to every one else that it wasn't really Rainbow and Twilight. Instead, they become cardboard cut-outs who can only hate. Also, the romance elements feel forced.

The plot is internally consistent. The behavior of the changelings is never explained and doesn't make sense though.

While there are changelings who seem to be OCs, we learn nothing about them, despite the entire story being dependent on them. In other words, they are merely a plot device.

The story can be very difficult to follow at times and feels very rushed.

Neither felt right for this story. It barely contained adventure elements and the romance feels awkward and forced.
