Nearly four years after Rainbow Rocks, it’s finally happened!

As of today, there is a siren story in the Royal Canterlot Library.

Could it be the first of many? Will we be waiting another four years for the next? What wonders can we expect next from the author? Will other writers be inspired to strive for similar excellence?

Isn’t it amazing what you can achieve with a siren story when it isn’t Sonata-centric, SunDagio, self-insert or incomplete?

For those not in the know, Hippocampi (plural for Hippocampus) are the technical term for creatures that have the upper body of an equine and the lower body of a fish. Basically the marine world equivalent of the Hippogriffs and technically the form they took in their underwater hideaway.

6506399 RR is by far the best, I agree! Totally get what you mean! But I like the option to take whatever fan fiction answer to that question you like, whether it’s Code Blue or Welcome to the Show or Who We Are in the Dark. That way everyone can pick the ending they like

...So if the writers could deliver exactly the ending I’d like for them, I’d love for them to return. But that’d probably be the wrong ending for a lot of other people
