ROTS, followed by TPM. Never did like AOTC very much, and I always found it strange so many people think TPM is worse.

AOTC has a few high points along the way, but I think over-all it's probably the most forgettable of all the Star Wars movies.

"Revenge of the Sith" is my personal favorite of the prequels. Although I do have to admit, the big badass battle scene at the end of "Attack of the Clones" is still one of my favorites scenes throughout all of Star Wars.

3471781 I loved the scenes with the clones, and the big battle. But on three, they had the epic Space battle at the beginning and the ultimate lightsaber duel at the end.

3468559 Of the prequels, my favorite is Revenge of the Sith, followed by The Phantom Menace. Attack of the Clones is my least favorite of the 6 movies that have been made so far. Of course, I'll have to figure out where to rank Episode 7 when it comes out.
