I recall her being called Fleur de Lys but when I went on MLPWiki to get some details for a story I just wrote I saw that it had been changed to Fleur Dis Lee! When did this happen?

Her name is Fleur De Lis, not Fleur Dis Lee.

That might have been her fandom name, I think the wiki likes to change the names to the official one once it is known

Far as I know, it's Dis Lee so they could copyright it.

I still call her Fleur de Lis though. Fleur de Lys on occasion.
