It takes awhile to develop and isn't really the main point of the story, I think, but Twilight's Mane Passion by Darkonshadows is a story where she hooks up with the Mane-iac eventually.

There is one Sugarcoat x Sci-Twi story I've been able to dig up. On The Bus. There needs to be more of it. I may or may not have such a story in the works. I can neither confirm nor deny these rumors. I have no further comment at this time.
