Similar to Iron Gotchard, Houtaro assumes this form by combining the GotcharDriver with Crosshopper and Tenliner in their adapter modes while using the corresponding Ride Chemy Cards in conjunction with each other.

In this form, he gains the power to utilize various Chemy abilities at once.

So I’m guessing that the Iron Gotchard form is the incomplete form and the Platinum Gotchard is the true form of it.
