Candytopia is a Heaven on Earth?

So I was doing some research about New York for a fic, and - in doing so - I discovered that there's a place in Manhattan called... Candytopia.

Firstly, I notice this has never been used in a fic, and I am surprised. It seems like a ponified version of this would be Pinkie's paradise in Manehattan. I can't even find a page on it in the Wikipedia archives. Has anyone ever been? Is it any good?
