Status update, and bits of timeline information... · 6:01pm Apr 25th, 2022
So... I honestly am at the point where I don’t know what my worst days for writing are.
I always expect the weekend to be the best time of the week, but then I either end up taking too much time off to rest from the days I work two jobs rather than 'just' one, or get hit with writer's block, or some other thing. Sheesh...
Anyway... despite everything, I did manage to do a bit more conceptual work for my fic AU in general, and also started some actual work on my Revamp/Addendum for It’s About Time. I'm not making any promises as to when it will be out (even tentative ones) but I already fully know where I want it to go.
On the conceptual work... one of the things it included was doing a bit more work on my timeline... and while I haven’t yet done enough of it to be more specific on this point, I've already decided I'll be reshuffling the order of a lot of content.
I mostly mean this regarding episodes from the first three seasons, but I'm thinking I will also make certain episodes from Season 4 take place between Seasons 3 and 4, for instance, and I think at least one Season 7 episode (namely Secrets and Pies) will take place during my equivalent of Season 6. And if I get around to including Tanks for the Memories in my AU, rather than discard it, it will probably take place during the gap between Seasons 3 and 4 rather than early in Season 5 (which means one of the changes it would suffer is that Rainbow Dash would get advice at the Golden Oak Library rather than at Twilight's castle).
I admit I still have quite a bit to decide on, though.
