NATO intervention (last post for the day).

Right now NATO's taking a purely defensive position in all of this. They're sending weapons and supplies at every opportunity they can get. The reason they haven't gotten directly involved in the fighting is actually pretty simple. They could easily decimate Putin, but what happens then? Nukes. If Putin is actually stupid enough to attack NATO forces, not only is he asking for Moscow to be completely wiped from the face of the earth, but everywhere else too. Our best shot at survival is to stay on the defensive and pray Putin stops at Ukraine. You know the old saying. Hope for the best, expect the worst. I would argue this is the pinnacle of that.
