Updates!

I'm sorry I've been quiet in the blog department lately. Real life is taking up a lot more of my attention than I really want it to lately, and that has, sadly, cut into writing time.

In most recent news, I released the first three foundational chapters of the darkfic I've mentioned in earlier updates under the title "Beauty in the Dark". So far response is, well, lackluster. I'm hoping that further chapters, really establishing the antagonist and the MC's plight, will pick up the pace a little for it.

I mentioned entering the Sci Fi contest. As of now I can announce that my story... was entered and read. The results were delayed because the judges wanted to recognize so many of the entries that the prize structure needed to be reworked. They are promising results to be announced any time now. I'm still hopeful.

Along the way I've come up with a few more story ideas. I'll flesh them out and give an updated Coming Attractions post soon.
