Thistle was waiting a good distance outside Kydra’s den, where she heard the muffled voices of her and Blue. As soon as the two of them were done talking, she would go in there, confront Ky all about this, then—
“No! Stay!”
Thistle jolted in surprise as she saw Blue walking out of the room while carrying a bag. “I’m sorry Ky. But I have to leave for a bit. I’ll see you in January.” And with that, he sighed heavily and left.
Thistle only stared in shock as Kydra began to cry. “…huh…”
